We offer free shipping for all orders placed during our events, including shipping for returns, exchanges, and additional deliveries.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change your order during shipping as your order data is directly transmitted from the online store to our warehouse management system, which accelerates shipping. You can refuse the delivery at any time, and the package will automatically be returned to us for free.
We offer free exchanges within 60 days, with no shipping costs for the exchange.
We process your return and refund you within 24 hours of receiving it in our warehouse. The refund will be made through the payment method you selected when placing the order.
